Normally very good , up until after my 60th birthday when I became exempt from payment . The First repeat order no problem but after that I had part of my order no problem but the second part was asked for proof of exemption despite having been told that exemption had already been confirmed . I cannot and still do not understand how one minute exemption proof is already been passed the next it’s not . The prescription eventually went back to the pharmacy for collection by myself . Having been to the doctors since I had to have another prescription from the doctors that was ordered through yourselves and delivered no proof required. Either you need proof every time or you do not . Im afraid to say the advisors I dealt with could not resolve the problem. As for uploading proof of exemption , I would not have a clue how to as I am not at all computer savvy . Whilst I would much prefer to carry on using you services should this problem keep arising I would be as well off going direct to my local chemist .
